When: Saturday, October 15th, from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Early vendor set up will be available Friday afternoon, October 14th.)

Where: Will Rogers Memorial Center (In the Round Up Inn) 3401 West Lancaster Ave, Ft. Worth, TX 76107. This venue is indoor and climate controlled.

Who can apply?: All handmade artists are welcome to apply. You do not have to be a member of Etsy Fort Worth to apply for the show. All items sold at the show must be handmade by you.  Any Resale, commercial vendors and mass produced (wholesale) goods are not allowed. Only one vendor per booth.

Application deadline/fee: Applications must be received by August 5th. There is a $10 non-refundable application fee to apply for the show. Once selected, you will be invoiced for your booth and/or rentals through Paypal.

What do you get with your booth?:
- 100% of your sales proceeds
- A 10' x 10' or 6' x 10' booth space
- One "in and out" parking pass per vendor
- Free electricity on 10' x 10' wall booths (first come, first serve)
- 15% discount on any ad placed in our event booklet
- Your company name and website listed in the event booklet
- Company name and link listed on our artist's page
- Free advertising and marketing for the show
- Opportunity to be included in our 100% handmade goody bags

Booth prices: 6' x 10' $100.00, 6' x 10' Corner $125.00, 10' x 10' $125.00, 10' x 10' Corner $150.00. Booth prices are for booth space only. Walls and set-up are the responsibility of the artist. Table and chair rentals are available upon request for a nominal fee.

Payment: Charges for booth fees and table and chair rentals will be billed to you via paypal once you have been selected as a vendor in August. You will then have seven (7) days to make the payment or you will forfeit your spot and it will be given to the next vendor on the waiting list.

Table and Chair Rentals: 8' x 30" (eight foot x thirty inch) tables and padded folding chairs are available for rent for $10 per table and $5 per chair.

Electricity:  Electricity is available free of charge for 10' x 10' wall booths only and is first come first serve based on date of application. All artists are responsible for bringing their own extension cords and taping them down for public safety.

Open Flames and Warmers: Any vendors wishing to use open flames or warmers must obtain a permit from the Fort Worth Fire Marshall and have it prominently displayed in their booth.

Internet: Will Rogers does have available Wi-Fi for a charge of $10 but it has been known to have a weak signal. Please make other arrangements in the event Wi-Fi is unavailable.

ATM: An ATM will be available across the hall from the show for customer use.

Restrooms: Clean, full service restrooms are available for use directly across the hall from the show.

Raffle Item: All artists are required to donate a raffle item. Items will be raffled off with proceeds benefiting selected charities. Gift certificates given in lieu of a raffle item will be subject to restrictions.

Event Booklet: All artists will have their company name and website link placed in the event booklet. Artists who place an ad in the event booklet will receive a 15% discount.

Every person attending the Cowtown Indie Bazaar will receive a booklet to take away with them. In addition, the booklet will be placed at local retailers to further promote the event.

Coupon Ad: To further promote your booth, you can add your business to a coupon sheet we use to promote the event for only $5.  We send the ad out to over a thousand newsletter subscribers, advertise it on social media, and write about it on our blog.  For only $5, it is a great way to get extra traffic to your booth during the show.

Goody Bags: At our last show we had people lining up two hours before the event with a line extending out the door!

There is no charge for donating to the goody bags and it extends your company's exposure. To participate in the bags you MUST sign up via the Be a Sponsor page so we can schedule your online promotion.

Refunds: Once you have been selected to be a part of the Cowtown Indie Bazaar, refunds will not be issued for any reason.

AcknowledgementsEtsy Fort Worth, the Cowtown Indie Bazaar and/or Fort Worth Handmade Arts Assoc., LLC will not held liable for the loss of or damage to any artist's property from theft, fire, water, accident or any other cause.

All artists are responsible for collecting sales tax and usage fees as required by law.
