When: Saturday, December 10th, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.


Where: Will Rogers Memorial Complex, Amon G. Carter Exhibits Hall, in the Round Up Inn.
3400 Burnett Tandy Drive, Ft. Worth, TX 76107. This venue is indoors and climate controlled.

Who should apply? All handmade artists or vintage sellers are welcome to apply. You DO NOT need to be an Etsy seller to apply.

Who should NOT apply? Any resale (other than vintage), food, multi-level marketing (such as Scentsy, Mary Kay, Younique, etc.), commercial vendors and mass produced (wholesale) goods are NOT ALLOWED.

Application fee: There is a $20 non-refundable application fee to apply for the show.
Submission of application does not guarantee approval. Vendors will be curated based on space availability, category, quality and originality of product selection, online presence and other select factors. Popular categories will be capped to avoid direct competition.

Important Dates:

APPLICATION DUE DATE: Friday, August 12, 2016
ACCEPTANCE LETTERS: Monday, August 15 through Friday, August 19, 2016
BOOTH PAYMENT DUE: Friday, August 26, 2016

Booth prices:
APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER AUGUST 12TH WILL BE PLACED ON A WAITLIST. BOOTH RATES HAVE INCREASED BY $25 AND WILL ONLY BE CHARGED IF YOU ARE A LATE APPLICANT AND ARE SUBSEQUENTLY ACCEPTED TO THE SHOW.

10' x 10'  Regular In-Line Booth $175  $200
10' x 10' Corner Booth $200  $225

Booth prices are for booth space only. Walls and set-up are the responsibility of the artist. Walls are optional and will not be provided.

Tables/Chairs: 8' tables and  folding chairs are available for rent.
All tables must be covered. Tablecloths must be provided by the vendor.

Electricity: Due to the extreme cost, electricity will not be available. The room is well lit from overhead.

Payment: Charges for booth fees will be billed to you via paypal once you have been selected as a vendor. You will then have seven (7) days to make the payment or you will forfeit your spot and it will be given to the next vendor on the waiting list.

Open Flames and Warmers: Any vendors wishing to use open flames or warmers must obtain a permit from the Fort Worth Fire Marshall and have it prominently displayed in their booth.

Internet: Will Rogers does have available Wi-Fi for a charge, but it has been known to have a weak signal. Please make other arrangements in the event Wi-Fi is unavailable.

ATM: An ATM will be available across the hall from the show for customer use.

Restrooms: Clean, full service restrooms are available for use directly across the hall from the show.

Goody Bags: There is no charge for donating to the goody bags and it extends your company's exposure. At previous shows we have had people lining up four hours before the event, often with a line extending out the door!

Goody Bag items (45 small items, handmade by you) must be received by organizers no later than November 1, 2016. Items received after this date may not get full exposure in online promotions featuring our Goody Bag sponsors.

Refunds: Once you have been selected to be a part of the Cowtown Indie Bazaar, refunds will not be issued for any reason.

Acknowledgements: North Texas M.A.D.E., Inc., and the Cowtown Indie Bazaar will not be held liable for the loss of, or damage to, any artist's property from theft, fire, water, accident or any other cause. You may purchase personal show insurance at your own discretion.

The State of Texas requires vendors to have a Sales Tax ID in order to pay sales tax on all items sold in Texas. All artists are responsible for collecting sales tax and usage fees as required by law. Visit the State Comptroller's web site for more info: http://www.window.state.tx.us/
