Visitor FAQ

Event Times: Saturday, October 15th from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Admission: Admission is free. Also, there is no cost for the children and adult make & take crafts.

Location: Round Up Inn (downstairs) in the Amon G. Carter Exhibits Center, directly across the street from the Museum of Science and History.  The Exhibits Center is part of the Will Rogers Memorial Center complex located in Fort Worth's Cultural District.

Parking: Will Rogers Memorial Center charges a nominal fee for parking.  Fees range from $3 to $5 depending on the lot.  For more details, please link with the official website and FAQ's.

Amenities: The venue is indoors and air conditioned.  Restrooms are available in the main hallway.

Goody Bags:  The first 50 customers will receive a FREE bag filled with handmade treasures from our talented vendors.  Plan to come early to snag one, the line starts hours before the show opens.

Raffle:  A raffle benefiting a selected charity will be held throughout the day. Tickets can be purchased for $1 each, and all proceeds go directly to charity. Prizes have been graciously donated by our vendors.

Food: Food and drinks will be available for purchase through Aramark, the Will Rogers Memorial Center’s approved food vendor.

ATMs:  ATMs are available in the main hallway.  Not all vendors are equipped to accept credit cards, so please bring cash for shopping.
